This month, our trainers had the privilege of working with over 40 operational staff from local fire and ambulance services to deliver bespoke emergency response refresher training.

Focused on high-pressure scenarios, the course sharpened skills in route planning, decision-making, and controlled high-speed driving. Practical sessions used real-world emergency call-out simulations, enabling drivers to practise rapid response driving under expert supervision.

“NDOC’s instructors understand the realities of blue-light driving and delivered a course that was both practical and relevant,” said one crew supervisor.
